You are paying for clicks. Are you getting calls?
Most local businesses waste a third of their Google Ads budget on clicks that were never going to convert — wrong keywords, missing negative lists, ads showing in towns they do not serve, landing pages that do not ask for the call.
I find exactly where your budget leaks, and I show it to you in writing — free, before you spend a penny with me.
Where local ad budgets quietly die
"£400 gone this month. Two calls. One was a wrong number."
Wasted spend"Our agency sends fancy reports every month. I still don't know what's actually working."
No transparency"A competitor sits above my ad and I have no idea why."
Losing the auction"We're paying for clicks from towns we don't even serve."
Broken targetingThe 7-Point Google Ads Waste-Check
I audit your live ads and your landing page against the seven places local budgets leak most. You get it in writing — what is broken, what it is costing you, and what to fix first.
- Search terms vs. the keywords you actually bid on
- Negative keyword gaps draining daily budget
- Location targeting — are you paying for the wrong towns?
- Ad assets you are not using (calls, locations, sitelinks)
- Landing page friction killing your conversion rate
- Conversion tracking blind spots
- Budget split across campaigns that should not exist
What happens next is up to you
The report stands on its own — keep it, hand it to your current agency, or hire me to fix what it finds. If we work together, it is one of three things:
Fix what's broken
One-time cleanup: negative keywords, location targeting, tracking, landing page fixes from the report.
Restructure what's messy
Campaign rebuilds for accounts that grew into a tangle — clean structure, proper budgets, honest naming.
Manage monthly
Ongoing management with plain-English reporting. No lock-in contracts — you own the account, always.
Three steps. No friction.

The written report lands in your inbox. Fix it yourself, or hire me. No follow-up pressure.
No jargon. No lock-in. No fairy tales.

Local lead generation onlyI do not do ecommerce, apps, or brand campaigns. If your business lives on phone calls and quote requests, that is my entire world.
Plain-English reportingYou will always know what changed, why, and what it cost — in sentences, not dashboards.
Honest about fitSome businesses should fix their Google Business Profile before spending a penny on ads. If that is you, I will say so — even though it costs me the sale.
Straight answers
Do you guarantee results?
No honest marketer guarantees results, and you should distrust anyone who does. What I guarantee: a written audit of exactly where your budget leaks, plain-English reporting on what is working, and no lock-in contracts.
How much does management cost?
It depends on your spend and how much cleanup is needed. The waste-check is free either way — the report tells you what is wrong before any money changes hands, and you decide if you want me to fix it.
How fast will I see results?
Wasted spend usually drops in the first 2 to 4 weeks once negative keywords, location targeting and broken tracking are fixed. Real compounding — better Quality Scores, cheaper clicks — builds over 2 to 3 months.
Do you need access to my ad account?
Not for the waste-check — I audit your live ads and landing page from the outside. If you hire me to fix or manage things, you grant standard access. You own the account, always.
I don't run Google Ads yet. Can you set it up?
Yes — but only if it makes sense. Some local businesses get better returns from Google Business Profile and Maps work first. I will tell you honestly which one to do first.
Stop paying for clicks that don't call.
The waste-check is free, written, and takes you one email to request. The most expensive option is another month of leaking budget.
